The 2025 event introduced a completely redesigned course, offering participants a fresh and challenging experience. This new route was crafted to enhance the scenic beauty of the Bay of Fundy area, providing runners with breathtaking views and a more dynamic terrain. The changes were well-received, with many participants praising the course for its unique blend of natural landscapes and dirt road and tar road sections.
The 52k Ultramarathon, conducted from 2017 to 2019, commenced in Lubec and proceeded to the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse. Participants then followed the Marathon course, which showcased the stunning vistas of Lubec Maine and Campobello Island New Brunswick Canada.
